Amanda RoyleWe believe that the way we treat our customers is a vital part of the service we provide and throughout the whole process of tenant liaison and consultation, we believe customer and Client satisfaction is ongoing. Our dedicated Customer Care Team responds to queries, concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently ensuring we react and respond in a professional and sensitive manner, treating them with the utmost respect. A free phone and emergency contact number is available to ensure Residents have a point of contact other than the site team. A member of our customer care team is also on hand at open days, to advise tenants of our customer care and complaints procedures.

Good after-care is an important aspect of high quality customer care. We employ a dedicated team under the direction of the Customer Care Manager which possesses a wide variety of skills and is solely responsible for the rectification of reported defects and any call outs which may be necessary after the Construction process is completed, such items normally being dealt with by the Construction Management team prior to completion of the project. The Customer Care Team is available for out of hour's service during our construction phases.
