Procurement for All Framework

PfA is a national procurement organisation comprised of social housing providers and is entirely owned and managed by its members.

PfA's principle objective is to offer social housing landlords across the UK an opportunity to secure efficiencies in capital works and maintenance activities, and the consortium is accredited by the National Change Agent for Social Housing.

PfA presently has 11 RSL members with approximately 9000 units distributed predominantly across the North West, Midland, North East, Cambridgeshire and Surrey, and membership is likely to increase to other social housing providers in the future. 

In Business for Yorkshire Framework

In Business for Yorkshire is an innovative development framework which is a coalition of Yorkshire Housing Association, South Yorkshire Housing Association and contracting partners who are developing over £50 million worth of multi-tenure social housing schemes throughout the whole of Yorkshire and Humberside.

Procure Plus Framework

Procure Plus is a consortium of Registered (housing) Providers with stock in the North West of England.  It has combined with Cumbria Housing Partners, Efficiency North (Yorkshire and Humberside), Lancashire Housing Partnership and North East Procurement to form a unique northern alliance of Registered Providers.

The consortium was created out of a need for fairer, more predictable, pricing for both landlords and their supply chains.

Procure Plus focuses on efficient procurement for both refurbishment and newbuild projects to gain volume cost savings while promoting best practice across all projects.  It is commited to reinvesting those savings back into local businesses, employment and training. 

Together Housing Group

The Together Housing Group is a leading provider of quality affordable and modern homes for rent across the North of England. Six housing associations came together to form Together Housing Group in April 2011.  Chevin Housing, Green Vale Homes, Harewood Housing, Housing Pendle, Pennine Housing 2000 and Twin Valley Homes are all equal partners in the Group.

The Together Housing Group will manage 35,000 homes, affecting 50,000 people's lives, and will employ over 1250 staff over a huge geographical area in the North of England. 

Cheshire East Council Framework

Cheshire East Council came into existence on 1 April 2009.  It was formed from the authorities of Congleton Borough Council, Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council, Macclesfield Borough Council and Cheshire County Council.
