“Casey has gone the extra mile when it comes to Community projects – from working with young people on apprenticeships and giving health and safety talks to school children, to entertaining our older residents in local community centres to relieve the stress of coping with the noise and disturbance of refurbishment works. Casey really have pulled out all the stops and are a caring and considerate contractor” Susan Haworth – Partnership Liaison Manager, Hyndburn Homes
“I was really impressed with the way that 63 Sefton Road has turned out. It will no doubt provide a superb learning experience and give us valuable intelligence on how the various Eco components perform in the coming months. It will also provide excellent publicity for our respective companies. Most importantly, it provides a first class ecological home for a family in Sale. I am just writing to thank you on behalf of THT for your most valuable contribution and efforts in making this project such a success. Many thanks to the team at Caseys!” David Barrow – Trafford Housing Trust

"I would just like to say what wonderful guys these two are and such a refreshing change to the usual contractors that we get up here. Unbeknown to them, Mike and I just happened to peer out of my office window at the same time that a hearse was coming up the drive. The younger of the two immediately stopped the jack-hammer as the cortege passed and both of them lowered their heads until the main cars had passed. It is the little thoughts like this, that makes a difference to the service that we provide and both should be commended, as previously we've had to try and explain things like this to the workmen, and these did it without prompting. Please can you make sure that our thanks are passed on to their boss, as I have already passed mine on to them personally.”Suzi Moden – Blackpool Borough Council

“I thought I should write to you to say how pleased I am with the refurbished Gardens of Remembrance. I would also like to thank you and all your team, particularly Paul, Matthew, and Derek Parks of MSM, for ensuring that the Gardens were available for use on 11 November. I know that a number of people worked long and hard to ensure this and I – and my colleagues in the Council – are most appreciative of these efforts."

"I was pleased that so many of your team were able to attend last Thursday’s Remembrance Service in the Gardens and that their efforts were acknowledged by a round of applause by all those attending. Once again, many thanks for the work done on the Garden of Remembrance.” Emrys Jones – Lichfield District Council
“I have been on site this morning where I found the tenants to be highly satisfied with the works carried out so far. The tenants have informed me that the lads doing the works have been marvelous and that they are a credit to Casey’s. The area office have also visited site and they are also highly satisfied and again would like to pass on their thanks for what is turning out to be a top job. Please pass this message onto the lads on site and tell them to keep up the good work.” Rotherham

“Through our partnership with Caseys, we have successfully sourced employment and training opportunities for a number of Hattersley residents. We have found that through integrated working and shared enthusiasm we have maximised opportunities for the local community.” Sharron Power – Community Learning Co-Ordinator, Hattersley Neighbourhood Partnership

In the 2 months or so I was on this scheme, I had nothing but praise for the way John Bickerdyke and his team ran this contract.  It was a pleasure working with him all the operatives who helped to ensure that not only the standard work was done but the Adaptation work was also carried out giving suitable regard to the occupants' needs.  Ths site was clean and tidy and if I saw anything out of place in daily site walkabouts with John, they were dealt with immediately or at the next available opportunity, given regard to the item seen.  CVI information was well presented and easily understood and therefore easy to detail when confirming under instruction.  Site discussion with Paul (QS) was welcome as required, at the time.  I look forward to working with both Caseys and in particular John Bickerdyke at some time in the future. John Hyde - Eastlands Homes

“Upon hearing the enormity of the work being carried out by Casey’s, the initial fear of the intrusion of and disruption to our homes seemed somewhat unbearable. However, the high level of communication both before and during the work ensured that the process ran smoothly and we were always up to date with what was happening. In particular, the resident diary was very helpful as it allowed both our Tenant Liaison Officer and us to leave comments which ensured that any problems were dealt with efficiently."

"The detailed itinerary also meant that we were able to fully prepare before the work began, and knew what to expect whilst the work was being carried out. This helped the process run smoothly as we were aware of what had to be moved and which rooms the workers would need access to. Now the work has been completed, I am extremely pleased and believe the finished result was certainly worth the disruption.” Mr Geelan - Benthill, Six Town Housing
“I am writing to let you know about Casey’s Contractors and all the other workers who came to do jobs at my home. They are a lovely team of lads. Very polite, hard working and very tidy, nothing was too much trouble. I am so pleased with all the work they have done. My new kitchen and bathroom looks lovely.” Mrs Parks – Rye Bank Road, Trafford
"Can I please take this opportunity to thank all the people concerned in the refurbishment of my house. I cannot praise all the workmen enough, they were all extremely polite, considerate and above all hard working, nothing seemed too much trouble for them, which in this day and age is not easy to come by. As I am 78 years of age, my sons and daughters in laws were really pleased with the way Casey’s and Eastlands respected my daily living and I cannot stress enough how considerate and smoothly everything went."

"I know I shouldn’t really name or single people out but it has to be said I want to say a big THANK YOU to Sandra Harrison, Roy Looms and Billy Hooper. Their help was outstanding with over seeing every step of the way to make sure things went as smoothly as possible and stress free for myself. I wish you all the good luck for the future, keep up the good work.” Mrs Grimshaw - Thornwood Avenue, Gorton
“I would like to thank Bolton at Home and Casey for all the work done to this street as it has made a big improvement to Shepley Avenue and would also like to thank Casey Workmen for their minutes silence on my Mother’s funeral and thanks to Hannah for the lovely rose bush planted in my garden. With thanks.” 27 Shepley Avenue, Bolton
“I am forwarding you this letter to express my sincere thanks to your operatives following the recent garden works done at my property. The operatives were fantastic, they were polite and respectful, they fully explained the works to us and the work was carried out to a high standard. The work area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day; I have completed and returned a satisfaction card with these comments on but felt a need to correspond with you directly to pass on my compliments. Thank you for sending these excellent operatives to my property and we will look forward to Casey’s working on our estate again. Best wishes and kind regards.” Mr and Mrs Boyd – The Grove, Wigan
