As testament to the great Health and Safety culture we have at Casey, we have been awarded a MERIT in the British Safety Council’s International Safety Award. This is in addition to our recent RoSPA Gold Award for Occupational Health and Safety.

Staff at Casey were delighted to move into their new "deep green" office block at head office in Rochdale.  Designs by Taylor Young for the new low-energy building were approved by Rochdale planners in 2009.  The building of a pair of two storey linked office blocks took 12 months, while staff continued to work in the original premises on what is now the car park.

Sustainability has been central to this new design which is six per cent better than the required green standards for a naturally ventilated building.  The low-energy potential of the building is the result of a 'passive' building design combined with energy efficient building systems and services.  There is a sedum planted roof which will help save heat in the winter, keep the building cool in the summer, and look in sympathy with the surrounding countryside.

Merlo Multi-Tool

Based on the successful Multifarmer, the original Multi-Tool offers all the performance of a 3 tonne capacity telehandler, combined with the features of a 120HP tractor. The big secret of its success is the ability to operate in two distinct modes, distinguished by which of the two axles is locked into position.
